BREAKING NEWS: President Jonathan loses sister

President Goodluck Jonathan has lost his younger sister, Mrs. Nancy Jonathan-Olei.

Presidential spokesman Reuben Abati said in a statement issued this evening in Abuja that Mrs. Jonathan-Olei passed away earlier on Sunday at a hospital in Yenagoa, the capital of Bayelsa – which is the President’s home state – after a brief illness.

She was 52 years old.

It would be recalled that Jonathan in 2012 lost his younger brother, who died at the age of 55.
