Assassinated popular Enugu politician, Ikechukwu Oloto, Alias Okanga Moo

A popular politician in Enugu State, Prince Ikechukwu Oloto, better known as Okanga Moo, has reportedly been killed by unknown gunmen in Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State.
Oloto was allegedly attacked and killed inside his residence at Odenigbo, Nsukka, on Thursday evening, September 17, 2026.
According to reports circulating on social media, the attackers allegedly used a knife to kill the politician.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear, while the identities and motives of the attackers have yet to be established.
Confirming the development in a Facebook post, social media influencer, Sen. Chijinkem Ugwuanyi, said that Oloto was killed by unknown gunmen at his residence in Odenigbo.
As of the time of filing this report, there was no official statement from the Enugu State Police Command on the incident
