The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about Nigerian weather condition for today, Tuesday November 1, 2016:

NORTHERN STATES: Sunny and dry conditions are expected over the entire region throughout the day. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 33 – 37°C.

CENTRAL STATES: Partly cloudy conditions are anticipated over the entire region during the morning hours. The afternoon/evening hours, there are prospect of thunderstorms over Makurdi, Lokoja, Mambila and Jalingo with partly cloudy conditions across the rest of the region. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 28 – 37°C C.

SOUTHERN STATES: Cloudy conditions are likely to prevail with localised rains over Ikom, Obudu and the coastal cities during the morning hours. There are prospect of localised thunderstorms over the region in the afternoon/evening hours. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 31 – 33°C.
