Controversial music stars, Portable and Speed Darlington, are set to settle their fiery feud in the boxing ring today, April 18, 2025, at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Lagos.

Billed as “Chaos In The Ring,” the much-anticipated fight follows a heated weigh-in session that nearly turned violent, with both artists exchanging verbal jabs and punches before being separated by bouncers.

The beef reportedly began after Speed Darlington offered Portable ?500,000 to perform at his show—an offer Portable rejected as disrespectful, insisting his standard fee is ?20 million.

“You’re using my name to promote your show and offering ?500k? I don’t roll with poor people,” Portable said in a viral video, sparking outrage from Darlington.

A furious Speed Darlington regretted reaching out, accusing Portable of unnecessary insults and dragging his mother into the fray.

At the weigh-in, tensions escalated further as Portable boasted about his strength, while Darlington fired back with bold confidence, vowing to take home the winner’s belt.
