American singer and actress, Selena Gomez, has announced she would be going off Instagram soon for her mental health sake.

Selena, the most followed female celebrity on Instagram, with 430 million followers has said she would be deactivating her account.

The ˜Single Soon crooner said she has been inactive on her socials because of the horror, hate, violence, and terror thats going on in the world which makes her heart breaks every time.

She said she wished she could change the world.

She wrote via her Instagram story: Ive been taking a break from social media because my heart breaks to see all of the horror, hate, violence and terror thats going on in the world. People being tortured and killed or any act of hate towards any one group is horrific. We need to protect all people, especially children, and stop the violence for good. Im sorry if my words will never be enough for everyone or a hashtag. I just cant stand by innocent people getting hurt. Thats what makes me sick. I wish I could change the world. But a post wont.
