Nigerian troops capture Boko Haram fighters, recover more communities

Nigerian troops have increased the heat on Boko Haram taken full control of more communities in Adamawa State. The latest in the list of recovered communities are Gombi, Pelia and Hong.

Many terrorists have been captured with some died in their confrontation with the military, according to Defence Headquarters.

More “Weapons and Equipment are also being recovered while mopping up exercise is ongoing in the areas,” Defence Headquarters said on its Twitter Account.

It vowed to push ahead with the on-going military operations in Nigeria’s North-East and to clear all areas infested by terrorists.
