Anxiety has started mounting within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo state as aspirants for various elective positions are struggling to access the party's nomination forms.
News Express gathered that as at today, Saturday, May 2, 2026, many aspirants are still waiting for the right signals before purchasing their forms.
In Orlu zone, only Governor Hope Uzodimma was able to purchase a nomination form to run for the Orlu Senatorial election.
In Okigwe zone, only three aspirants have purchased nomination forms, among them Senator Godwin Ifeanyichukwu Araraume.
In Owerri zone, four aspirants have succeeded in purchasing their nomination forms.
