NiMET forecasts dry conditions for northern states today, cloudy conditions elsewhere

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about Nigerian weather condition for today, Monday, October 31, 2016:

NORTHERN STATES: Sunny and dry conditions are expected over the entire region both in the morning and afternoon hours with improved visibility. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 32 – 37°C.

CENTRAL STATES: Partly cloudy conditions are anticipated over the entire region during the morning and afternoon hours. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 29 – 37°C.

SOUTHERN STATES: Cloudy conditions are likely to prevail over some parts of the southern States during the morning hours with prospect of Localised thunderstorms over the entire inland of the south and localised rain are expected to prevail over the entire coast in the afternoon/evening hours. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 30 – 34°C.
