Chioma and her new SUV
Music star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has gifted his wife, Chioma, a brand-new 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon.
The luxury SUV, whichh recently debuted on the global market, carries a price tag of over $150,000 (N240 million), depending on specifications.
The 2025 edition features a refreshed design and electric model options, making it a major upgrade from earlier versions.
In a video shared on his Instagram Story on Wednesday, Davido captured the moment he picked up the vehicle, revealing he traded in a previous model and added funds to acquire the latest release.
?First of all, we had to take the one I got, then obviously add more money to get the new one,? he said,
?Only the best for my lady.?
When he presented the car to Chioma, she appeared visibly thrilled as Davido cheered her on, declaring, ?We do 2025!?
The gift comes weeks after Davido and Chioma concluded a lavish series of wedding ceremonies that captured global attention.
Their white wedding, held in Miami on August 10, 2025, was the highlight of a three-part celebration. It followed a court marriage in March 2023 and a traditional ceremony in Lagos in June 2024.
