Daphne Joy has made serious accusations against her ex-boyfriend, 50 Cent, alleging rape, physical abuse, and neglectful parenting towards their 11-year-old son Sire.

Joy posted her statement on Instagram on Thursday, detailing her claims. However, 50 Cent has refuted these allegations in a statement obtained by DailyMail.com.

He asserted that Joys accusations were driven by his recent pursuit of sole custody of their 12-year-old son.

The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son.

My son, Sire is my main priority, and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time, the statement read.

The timing of Joys allegations comes shortly after 50 Cent publicly taunted his rival, Sean ˜Diddy Combs, following raids on his properties in the context of a sex trafficking investigation.

Joy vehemently denies this accusation, labelling it as ˜character assassination.

In her Instagram post, Joy addressed her ex directly, accusing him of rape and physical abuse while expressing disappointment in his role as a father to their son.
