Wunmi, the widow of late Nigerian rapper MohBad, has hinted at knowing more about MohBads death but fears for her safety if she reveals everything.
Mohbad would have sought medical treatment after his injury if he didnt live in constant fear. He believed the medical system could be compromised, and doctors bribed to harm him. I know a lot, but they wont allow me to speak my truth. If they eventually kill me too, like they did Mohbad, just know I said it, she posted.
Expressing sadness over her situation and that of her child, Liam, Omowunmi sheds light on the circumstances surrounding MohBads death in September 2023.
They silenced my husband by spreading rumours that he was on drugs. Now theyve been targeting me by releasing a voice note I recorded a few years ago for medical purposes, she said.
Omowunmi claims her husband faced mental struggles and believed he couldnt speak out against industry pressures. She mentions ongoing attacks, emphasizing calls for a DNA test and legitimacy issues concerning Liam.
