An aide to the Afrobeat artiste, David Adeleke aka Davido, has punched a fan for attempting to take a photo with the musician.

The music star was spotted in a video strolling with his entourage of assistants and bouncers when the fan bumped into them to take a picture with him.

The young man, clearly thrilled to see his idol, was yelling Davidos name nonstop as he tried to get him to appear in a video he was filming on his phone.

After being pushed away the first time, he persisted and made an effort to approach Davido more closely the second time.

He was knocked out of the frame and his attempt was thwarted by a hard blow.
