The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has confirmed taht seven persons lost their lives and 20 others were injured in the bomb blast that occurred yesterday in Malkohi Internally Displaced Persons camp Yola, Adamawa State.
NEMA Senior Information Officer, Sani Datti said, "Among the injured seven were treated and discharged while 13 persons, including four NEMA officials, are still receiving treatment at Federal Medical Center, Yola."
The bomb, which was planted inside a tent, went off at about 10:50 a.m.
