The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for today, Sunday, November 3, 2017:

NORTHERN STATES: Sunny and hazy conditions are expected over the cities around the northern region throughout the forecast period. Day and night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 33 – 36℃ and 12 – 22℃ respectively.

CENTRAL STATES: Sunny and hazy conditions will prevail over this region except few cities such as Ilorin, Lokoja, Makurdi and Mambilla Plateau where partly cloudy skies are expected during the forecast hours. Day and night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 33 – 38℃ and 12 – 23℃, while Jos is expected to be 30℃/12℃.

SOUTHERN STATES: Cloudy to partly cloudy morning is anticipated over the areas. There are possibilities of isolated thunderstorms in few places over the coastal areas such as Lagos, Ijebu Ode, Warri, Yenagoa, Port Harcourt and Calabar during the afternoon/evening period. Day and night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 30 – 35℃ and 19 – 25℃.
