Cloudy weather
The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for today,Wednesday, March 1, 2017:
NORTHERN STATES: This region is anticipated to be under slight dust haze conditions during the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 33 – 38°C and 15 – 20°C respectively.
CENTRAL STATES: The central cities will be under partly cloudy conditions in the next 24 hours. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 32 – 39°C and 16 – 24°C respectively.
SOUTHERN STATES: The inland cities are expected to be under cloudy conditions in the morning hours and partly cloudy condition during the afternoon/evening period. Localised thunderstorms are not unlikely over some coastal cities like Warri, Yenagoa, Port Harcourt, Eket and Calabar in the morning hours. Lagos and Benin are expected to experience thunderstorms during the afternoon/evening hours. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 34 – 38°C and 23 – 27°C respectively.
