BREAKING: Police recovers N100 million meant to rig Rivers rerun election

The Special Police Investigation Panel on the Rivers re-run legislative election held on December 10, 2016 has recovered over 100 million naira said to have been set aside to bribe 21 officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to rig the election.

A security source who disclosed this to News Express on Tuesday said the investigations had showed that the money was shared among 21 INEC officials by the Rivers State Government with a view to rigging the election.
