The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about Nigerian weather condition for today, Saturday November 19, 2016:
NORTHERN STATES: Places especially over Sokoto, Katsina, Kano, Gusau, Dutse, Nguru and Maiduguri are expected to be in dust haze conditions throughout the forecast period. Day and Night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 34 – 38°C and 15 – 22°C respectively.
CENTRAL STATES: Sunny and hazy conditions should prevail over this region during the forecast period. Day and Night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 35 – 37°C and 13 – 24°C respectively.
SOUTHERN STATES: Cloudy to partly cloudy situations are expected over the inland cities in the morning hours. The coast is expected to have early morning fog/mist with prospects of isolated thunderstorms over Calabar, Port Harcourt, Warri, Ikom, Uyo and Yenagoa in the afternoon/evening hours. Day and Night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 33 – 35°C.
