Nigerian Economic Society honours Okonjo-Iweala

It will be yet another honour for the Coordinating Minister for the Economy and Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, as the Nigerian Economic Society (NES) honours her today in the capital city of Abuja.

Dr. Okonjo-Iweala, an internationally respected economic expert and immediate past Managing Director of the World Bank, will be inducted as a Fellow of the Society at a ceremony scheduled to hold at 8 o’clock this morning at Sheraton Hotel.

“She will also speak on how government is addressing some of the key challenges facing the economy,” says her Special Adviser, Paul C Nwabuikwu.
