There was a buzz on social media on Saturday, January 6, 2024, as popular afrobeats artistes- David Adeleke (Davido) and Tiwatope Savage-unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Davido and Savage were known to have had a cordial relationship over the years, with their children, Imade Adeleke and Jamil Balogun, following in their parents footsteps.

Both children attended the same school and had been seen on several occasions enjoying each others company.

However, there have been diverse speculations as to what could have informed both top artistes unfollowing each other, with some fans opining that the move could be a result of the waxing friendship between Savage and Sophia Momodu, the mother of Davidos first child, Imade.

A fan identified as Dee Tweh wrote, That is his business. He will be just fine, and what is Tiwas business with him and Sophia? Or is he begging, and Sophia did not accept?

Porsche Anderson wrote, You cant be friends with my enemies. I kicked them off.
