The Supreme Court has dismissed the Senate President Bukola Saraki’s attempt to block his trial by the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
The apex court minutes ago in Abuja dismissed Saraki’s objection to his trial, declaring that it lacked merit.
The Senate President had been docked late last year by the Tribunal for alleged false declaration of assets.
