The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has predicted cloudy weather conditions over the central states of the country this morning of Wednesday, June 24.
The predictions are contained in the Weather Outlook issued by NiMet’s Central Forecast Office (CFO) on Tuesday in Abuja.
It noted that there would be chances of localised thunderstorms over the region during the afternoon and evening hours.
The coastal areas would experience localised morning rains and early morning mist with prospects of localised thunderstorms over the entire region in the afternoon and evening hours.
It also predicted that inland areas would experience localised thunderstorm conditions in the morning hours with cloudiness in the afternoon and evening hours.
The agency also predicted that the northern states would experience cloudy conditions in the morning.
It predicted prospects of localised thunderstorms over the North-east and North-west in the afternoon and evening hours. (NAN)
