The Delta State Government on Friday announced that the resit examination for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), earlier scheduled for today, Saturday, September 14, has been postponed by exactly one week.
“The postponement is due to the late release of scratch cards by some school heads to students for the checking of results.
“The state Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education regrets any inconvenience the shift in day may cause all stakeholders in the State Education Project,” according to a statement signed by the ministry’s Director of Information, Paul Osahor JP.
