Golden Voice Tope Ojeme and the NMMA award

Tope Ojeme, Radio Nigeria’s golden voice, has clinched the Nigeria Media Merit Award (NMMA) as Presenter of the Year. Tope Ojeme is a household name in broadcasting in Nigeria. The NMMA is Africa’s most prestigious media award.

The ace broadcaster, who had received the NMMA Award three times previously – along with many other special awards and commendations – won again during the 2018 NMMA ceremony held Thursday night in Lagos. Radio Nigeria also won the Radio Station of the Year award.

Tope Ojeme is presently with the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN), where he functions in presentation of Network News, Commentaries and Programmes/production of Network Programmes and as Master of Ceremony for world-class events. Notable programmes presented by him include Politics Nationwide, Nigeria’s Pride, Radio Link and Kontri Mata.

Tope Ojeme is married to Julie and blessed with three children.
