The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Wednesday, December 19, 2018:

NORTHERN STATES: Dust haze condition with visibility of 2 – 5km and localised visibility of less than 1,000km is expected to prevail over most parts of the North throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the ranges of 27 – 35℃ and 11 – 20℃ respectively.

CENTRAL STATES: Dust haze condition with visibility of 1 – 3km and localised visibility of less than 1,000km is probable to prevail over most parts of the North throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 31 – 36℃ and 14 – 22℃ respectively.

SOUTHERN STATES: Dust haze condition with visibility of 1 – 3km is likely over the inland. Mist/fog is probable in the morning hours and partly cloudy conditions are anticipated over the coast during the afternoon/evening period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 31 – 36℃ and 15 – 25℃ respectively.
