The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for Friday, November 24, 2017:

NORTHERN STATES: Moderate dust haze will prevail over this region in places such as Katsina, Sokoto, Nguru and its environs. Day and night time temperature values are expected to be in the range of 32 – 39℃and 11 – 21℃respectively.

CENTRAL STATES: Sunny and hazy conditions are expected to affects some areas around the Central states throughout the forecast period. Day and night time temperature values are expected to be in the range of 33 – 39℃and 18 – 25℃respectively.

SOUTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy conditions are anticipated over inland cities throughout the forecast period. Cloudy conditions are expected to prevail over the coastal cities in the morning hours with prospects of localised thunderstorms over Calabar, Eket, Port Harcourt and Yenagoa during the afternoon/evening period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 29– 36℃and 21 – 25℃respectively.
