The Country Director, Leadership Center for Civil and Post Trauma Rehabilitation, Babanagari Suleiman (fcai), has felicitated with Dr. Tunde Ogbeha on his emergence as an Award Recipient of Honorary Doctor of Letters from the Federal University, Lokoja.
