The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) has made the following predictions about Nigerian weather condition for today, Saturday, June 25, 2016:

NORTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions is expected over most parts of the region with chances of localised thunderstorms over Southern Sokoto, Kebbi and Yelwa axis in the morning. Chances of isolated thunderstorms over the extreme north are anticipated in the

afternoon/evening hours. Maximum temperatures for the day are expected to be in the range of 32-34 o C.

CENTRAL STATES: Morning localised thunderstorms is expected over Kaduna, Bida, Ilorin, Mambilla Plateau and environs. Isolated thunderstorms over the high grounds of the central states are expected in the afternoon/evening hours. Maximum temperatures for the day are

expected to be in the range of 26- 33 oC.

SOUTHERN STATES: Cloudiness is expected over most parts of the region with chances of localised thunderstorms over the south west coast in the morning. Isolated thunderstorms are anticipated over the inland and the coastal cities in the afternoon/evening hours. Maximum

temperatures for the day are expected to be in range of 30-31oC
