The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Wednesday, April 6, 2016:

NORTHERN STATES: Sunny conditions are likely to prevail over cities like Katsina, Nguru, Dutse, Maiduguri, Kano, Damaturu, Sokoto and Potiskum. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 20-31oC

CENTRAL STATES: Early morning thundery activities are expected over areas such as Abuja, Makurdi and Lafia from overnight systems. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 19 -28oC.

SOUTHERN STATES: Localised thunderstorms are expected over the inland cities of the Southwest especially places like Iseyin, Shaki, Ibadan in the morning as well as coastal cities like Warri, Yenagoa, Port Harcourt and Benin. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 23-26oC.
