The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Sunday, April 3, 2016:

NORTHERN STATES: Sunny and hazy conditions in good visibility are expected over Maiduguri, Sokoto, Katsina and Yola. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 22-27oC.

CENTRAL STATES: Cloudy weather conditions are likely over this region in the morning hours, while thunderstorms are expected over, Abuja, Minna, Lokoja, Markudi, Ilorin and southern Kaduna and Jos. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 20 -26oC.

SOUTHERN STATES: Cloudy to partly cloudy conditions are anticipated over this region in the morning hours, but later in the day Port Harcourt, Lagos, Ibadan, Enugu, Akure, Awka, Yenagoa Calabar, Eket and Warri will likely experience thunderstorms. Night time temperatures are expected to be in the range of 24-26oC.
