London Madness: Nigerian student burns lover’s genitals with hot iron during sex session

A Nigerian woman who attacked her lover’s genitals with a blazing hot iron while they were having sex has been jailed for nine years.

Kenya Alozie, 31, was found guilty of grievous bodily harm with intent at Woolwich Crown Court on December 14.

She had been having sex with the victim, a man in his 30s, when she used a sizzling hot iron to scorch his legs and genitals. She also attacked him with a broken bottle.

The man had to undergo multiple surgeries and hospital treatments to treat the burns and deep cuts he sustained in the attack, which took place in Plumstead, Greenwich, on May 15.

Kenya had previously been a student at Coventry University, and was living in Plumstead with friends. However, her student visa had been due to expire and she was expected to return home to family in Nigeria before the end of May.

Cops caught Kenya at Heathrow Airport on May 24 as she was trying to leave the country. She was charged with GBH with intent the on May 25.

Detective Constable Duncan Clark from Greenwich police, said: “Alozie committed a calculated and pre-planned attack.

“She ensured she had a broken bottle to hand and a hot iron to strike the victim and seriously harm him.

“The sentence imposed clearly reflects the seriousness of this extremely violent attack.” (The Sun)
