Imo Govt. directs non-indigenes, Owerri Council pensioners to come for verification on Thursday, Oct. 8

All Non-indigenes and Owerri Municipal Council Pensioners in Imo State have been directed to report at the Imo Trade and Investment Centre on Thursday, October 8, 2015, by 10:00 a.m. for verification.

Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, Chief of Staff, Imo Government House, said this afternoon that the directive is in line with the resolve of the Governor Rochas Okorocha administration to clear all arrears of pensions.

“Those who fail to report for verification should have themselves to blame,” Nwosu said in a statement issued in Owerri, the state capital.
