The Edo State Police Command has arrested five persons connected with the kidnap and killing of Associate Professor of Agricultural Economics Paul Erie of the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Igbanke community Edo State.
In an interview with Channels Television Edo State Commissioner of Police, Chris Ezike, confirmed that his command had been on the trail of the kidnappers since the abduction of two Chinese nationals in the same area.
He said that the Police would soon catch up with other members of the gang still on the run.
