Imo APC Chairmen pass vote of confidence on SSG Jude Ejiogu

A vote of confidence has been passed on the Secretary to the Government of Imo State, Sir Jude Ejiogu over his contribution in the well being of Imo people as well as the sustenance of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.

The 27 APC chairmen in the state said this during a surprise solidarity visit to him in his office along Sam Mbakwe road, Owerri on Thursday, June 25th, 2015.

Speaking on behalf of other members, leader of the delegation and Mbaitoli Local Government APC Chairman, Mr. Chidiebere Nwogu, stated that their visit was to show appreciation on the role Sir Ejiogu played during the just concluded 2015 elections in the state, which he said necessitated the victory of the party, and assured of his members’ commitment to continue to support him.

Mr. Nwogu who is the Chairman of all APC Chairmen in the state further said that the appointment of Sir Ejiogu as the Secretary to the Government of Imo State was as a result of his hard work, and lauded Governor Rochas Okorocha for making a right choice.

The chairmen while describing Sir Ejiogu as a leader per excellence further maintained that the SGI has used his position to unite every member of the party, and appealed to others to emulate him.

Contributing, the Owerri Zonal APC Chairman, Mr. Chris Oguoma commended the APC Chairmen for coming out in their number to show appreciation, and appealed to them to continue to work as one family, which nothing can destroy.

In his reaction, the SSG expressed happiness on the visit, and maintained that the support would spur him to do more in ensuring the sustenance and growth of APC in the state.

While commending the chairmen on strong commitment to APC during the general election, he also advised them to remain one indivisible family, assuring that none of them would be humiliated for no just cause.

He, therefore, charged them to continue to remain dedicated to their duties in ensuring the success of the party, further urged them to see themselves as agents of change in the realization of the APC objectives.

On the crisis ravaging APC Lawmakers in the National Assembly, Sir Ejiogu advised them to respect the supremacy of the party, saying that decision of a party has biding force on any member, and expressed optimism that the APC leadership would performed creditably.
