Nigerian troops have scored yet another stunning victory over Boko Haram as they seek to rout the terrorist group ahead of the rescheduled 2015 elections on March 28 and April 11.
Troops today successfully penetrated Baga, the fishing community in Borno State taken over and occupied by Boko Haram months back.
A source close to the military operation told News Express: “Nigerian troops have penetrated Baga, killed terrorists.”
Defence Headquarters is expected to issue a statement on the breakthrough shortly.
