Director of Media and Publicity of President Goodluck Jonathan’s Campaign Organisation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has declared that the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) is in trouble in connection with next month’s general elections.

In one of his early comments following his appointment on January 1, Fani-Kayode last night likened himself to the mythical ancient warrior Achilles, declaring that he was about to be unleashed on the opposition in the countdown to the polls in which Jonathan is seeking re-election.

The former Aviation Minister in a Facebook post quoted the words of Nestor to King Agamemnon in the Hollywood blockbuster titled ‘TROY’: “You do not control Achilles, you unleash him. That man was made to fight wars. More battles have been won on the edge of his sword than any other.”

Fani-Kayode, who is expected to start work for Jonathan this week, warned: “Achilles is set to join the battle.....the APC are in trouble.”
