CIAPS director, Professor Anthony Kila
A renowned educationist, Professor Anthony Kila, will on Thursday September 26, 2019 host a public lecture in Lagos.
The monthly lecture organised by the Center for International Advanced & Professional Studies (CIAPS) , a foremost post-graduate education center in Lagos, will kick off at 10.30 a.m with a Red Carpet at the institution's headquarters located off Adeniyi Jones Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.
According to a statement from the organisers made available toNews Express,the theme of this month’s lecture is “Fundamentals of Public Speaking”.
Professor Kila, a researcher of public communication and CIAPS director, will officiate as the Key Speaker at the event which is brought free but strictly by invitation.
The actual lecture will start at 11am, after the red carpet, and end at 12:30pm.
According to the organisers, the event is “part of our efforts to understand and help to improve the world we live in. A lecture like this one is an opportunity to engage with and also educate the general public and professionals on issues relating to their world,” the statement stated.
