Deputy Senate President Ike Ekwerenmadu
Deputy Senate Leader Bala Ibn Na’Allah has congratulated Deputy Senate President Ike Ekwerenmadu as he clocks 57.
Na’Allah, in a statement issued on Sunday in Abuja, said he has seen in Ekwerenmadu “an immeasurable commitment to oneness of Nigeria based on justice, fairness and equality”.
“I have seen an unalloyed commitment to nation building using the platform of Nigeria’s defective democratic experiment.
“I have seen also in Sen Ekwerenmadu resilience to corrosive misuse and abuse of power and most importantly his stark display of humility in governance,” he said.
Sen Na’Allah vowed to work together to remove the cobwebs of uncertainty and hopelessness bedevilling our great country Nigeria.
“May God continue to protect and guide him in his desire for a strong United Nigeria,” he added.
