Hazy weather
The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Tuesday, March 19, 2019:
NORTHERN STATES: Dust haze conditions with visibility range of 2 – 5km are likely over this region throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the ranges of 36 – 41℃ and 22 – 26℃ respectively.
CENTRAL STATES: Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are likely in the morning hours with slim chances of scattered thundery activities over Ilorin and Niger state in the afternoon hours. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 32 – 39℃ and 17 – 27℃ respectively.
SOUTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are likely in the morning hours. Later in the day, there are chances of scattered thunderstorms over places like Lagos, Port-Harcourt, Benin, Warri, Yenagoa and Calabar. Day and night temperature values are to be in the range of 31 – 37℃ and 22 – 27℃ respectively.
