The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Delta State chapter, has felicitated with Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa on his re-election victory as Governor of Delta State.

In a congratulatory letter signed by its Chairman, Chief Patrick Ukah, and Secretary, Mr. Godfrey Osakwe, Delta NIPR noted that “the Governor’s decisive victory is a collective triumph and an historic achievement of good leadership.”

The letter stressed that with reference to his success records particularly since assumption of office as Governor of Delta State, NIPR believes that Okowa “will further leave an unprecedented legacy that will outlive his tenure as Governor of Delta State.”

According to the letter, “As a professional body concerned with the establishment and promotion of good governance, corporate image and best practices in relationship management both in the private and public affairs, we look forward to working with His Excellency in the crystallization of your laudable vision of making Delta State a preferred destination for good habitation, investment and tourism with benchmark for excellence.”

Delta NIPR congratulated Senator Okowa and prayed “that the good Lord blesses and guides him through this second term assignment.”
