Sunny weather
The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) has made the following predictions about Nigeria’s weather condition for today, Thursday, February 21, 2019:
NORTHERN STATES: Sunny and hazy condition is anticipated over the northern part of the country throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the ranges of 33 – 38℃ and 13 – 23℃ respectively.
CENTRAL STATES: Sunny and hazy condition is anticipated over the northern part of the central cities with partly cloudy to cloudy condition over the southern central cities during the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 31 – 38℃ and 14 – 22℃.
SOUTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy to cloudy condition is expected over the southern region in the morning hours with chances of localised thundery activities over Abeokuta, Abakaliki, Enugu, Akure, Awka, and Oshogbo and localised thunderstorms over the entire coast in the afternoon / evening period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 33 – 38℃ and 16 – 25℃.
