The South South and South East Coordinator of Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), Alhaji Musa Saidu, has faulted the recent comment credited to the youths of northern extraction that the nomination of Peter Obi as Atiku’s presidential running mate is not in the best interest of the South East and the North.

Alhaji Saidu, who spoke with Daily Trust in Port Harcourt yesterday, said Obi is a renowned technocrat and industrialist whose nomination as Atiku’s presidential running mate is a good blend for both prominent politicians.

While saying that the youths were not in a better position to make such comment, he added that Obi is a dependable and long time ally of Atiku.

He said Atiku had made a good choice with his nomination of Obi as his running mate.
