In line with its promises of delivering notable services and ensuring a strong and reliable relationship with its numerous customers, Weststar Associates Ltd, the Authorised General Distributors of Mercedes-Benz in Nigeria, is offering a first of its kind in the country – the Mercedes-Benz Service Camp, for Mercedes-Benz Truck owners and lovers of the Benz products.
The Camp which is expected to close May 16, opened April 28, and holds between 10am and 4pm each day at the Weststar premises in Abuja.
According to the organisers, the Camp is aimed at enlightening Mercedes-Benz truck owners on the importance of proper maintenance of their fleet. The exercise is also geared at promoting safety and building a strong and reliable relationship with Mercedes-Benz and its customers.
A statement from Weststar reads that after the camp, Mercedes Benz customers would be better informed on how to manage their vehicles.
According to the statement, “At the Service Camp, Mercedes-Benz customers and truck owners should expect to receive free general inspections and check-up of their Mercedes-Benz trucks. This will be conducted in an interactive process to enable the customers see, first-hand, how Mercedes-Benz vehicle diagnostics are properly run. Subsequently, reports on the status of their vehicles will be generated and advice will be given on the necessary repairs to be carried out.
“The vehicle owners and drivers will also be treated, free of charge, to basic maintenance and drivers’ training. Original and fake parts will be presented in order to show case their disparities, and ring home how imperative it is to acquire original parts.”
