Unknown persons in Jalingo abducted a third class chief, the chief of Sansani in Gassol local government area of Taraba state, Abdulmudallabi Nuhu.

The Royal father was abducted few minutes after he left venue of Democracy day ceremony in Jalingo Tuesday evening.

Daily Trust gathered that the traditional ruler was abducted along with his palace guard (Dogari) and two persons while travelling in his official car.It was further gathered that where about of the chief is still unknown and no contact had been made with abductors.
Family source told our reporter that the chief was abducted along Jalingo_ Mutumbiyu road at about 5.49pm on his way to his domain Sansani.

Police public relation officer ASP David Misal could not be reached for comment as his phones were off when our reporter call his lines. (Daily Trust)
