Emergency workers evacuating the remains of suicide bombers in Borno
Three female suicide bombers on Friday launched a dusk attack on a community in Konduga Local Government Area of Borno State, North-East Nigeria, a report from the area said.
The report, by Channels Television, quoted an unnamed source at the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) as confirming the attack.
“The source, who is a member of the SEMA evacuation team, said the suicide bombers carried out the attack at about 9:30 p.m.,” the report said.
It added that it was not clear if there were casualties in the attack.
