The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for Monday, November 20, 2017:

NORTHERN STATES: Sunny and hazy conditions are expected to prevail over this region throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 36 – 39℃and 17 – 20℃respectively.

CENTRAL STATES: Partly cloudy to sunny conditions are anticipated over this region throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 34 – 36℃and 20 – 24℃respectively, except over Jos where 30℃/15℃day and night temperatures are expected.

SOUTHERN STATES: Localised thunderstorms are anticipated over Lagos, Port Harcourt, Yenagoa and their environs during the morning hours. Later in the day, there are prospects of localised thunderstorms over places such as Ikom, Benin, Ijebu, Obudu, Calabar, Lagos, Ado-Ekiti, Osogbo, Enugu, Port Harcourt, Uyo and their environs during the afternoon/evening hours. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 32 – 34℃and 22 – 25℃respectively.
