The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has made the following predictions about the country’s weather condition for Saturday, November 18, 2017:

NORTHERN STATES: Sunny and hazy conditions are expected over this region throughout the forecast period expect Yelwa axis that under the partly cloudy to sunny conditions. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 36 – 39℃and 14 – 22℃respectively.

CENTRAL STATES: Partly cloudy to sunny conditions are anticipated over this region throughout the forecast period. Day and night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 35 – 37℃and 16 – 25℃respectively, except over Jos where 30℃/15℃day and night temperatures are expected.

SOUTHERN STATES: Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are expected in the morning hours with prospect of localised thunderstorms over places such as Akure, Oshogbo, Ado-Ekiti, Port Harcourt, Yenagoa, Calabar, Eket and Ikom during the afternoon/evening hours. Day and Night temperature values are expected to be in the range of 32 – 36℃and 23 – 25℃respectively.
