The Integrity Youth Alliance (IYA) has called on security agencies in the country to arrest Mr. Omoyele Sowore, Publisher of Sahara Reporters online newspaper, for alleged inciting comments.

The group in a press release signed by its National Coordinator, Kelvin Adegbenga, said it is unbecoming of Mr. Sowore to be using his online media to intimidate Judges so as to pervert justice.

“Sowore cannot continue to use his online media to intimidate Judges and calling them names such as ‘Jankara Justice Sikiru Oyinloye’, ‘Local lawyer Olomu’, etc. It is time his Lawyer, Femi Falana, calls him to order,” IYA said.

“We challenge Omoyele Sowore to provide evidences of distinguished Senator Saraki’s promises to elevate Babatunde Olomu to a State Judge and Justice Oyinloye as a Federal High Court Judge position “if they can slice and dice judgement in his favour.

“Information that reached us also indicates that Omoyele Sowore has mobilised thugs to come to court on August 30th, 2017 to do otherwise when the judgement is not in his favour. We therefore call on the security agencies not to take Sowore’s threat as a mere threat,” IYA further said in the statement issued on Wednesday in Abuja.
