The Sole Administrator, Rivers State Waste Management Agency, Bro Felix Obuah, has terminated the contracts of 10 Service Providers for nonperformance.

Bro Obuah, who went round on an unscheduled inspection of major streets and roads in Port Harcourt, the state capital, and its environs on Friday, regretted that some service providers have neglected to keep their areas of operation clean and healthy.

He said the termination of contracts of 10 service providers would serve as deterrent to recalcitrant service providers.

Bro Obuah who promised to regularly undertake unscheduled inspection of roads and streets within Port Harcourt and its environs, assured that any service provider who fails to measure up to standard required by the agency, would be shown the way out.

He assured Rivers people of the determination of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency to keep Port Harcourt, the State capital and its environs clean, and urged all Service Providers to take their job with utmost diligence or risk termination.
