Former Big Brother Naija winner, Mercy Eke, has revealed that she regrets participating in the reality television show, saying the fame that came with it has affected her personal life.

Speaking during an interview with media personality Toke Makinwa, Mercy said she has struggled to find a life partner since leaving the show.

The reality star explained that financial imbalance has been a recurring challenge in her relationships, despite her desire to settle down and build a stable future.

According to her, the level of success she attained after the show has complicated her search for a compatible partner, making it difficult to find someone she can build a lasting relationship with.

Regretting going for the show, she said, “I regret going to Big Brother even though I love the benefits that come from it. I dey fall in love like mumu, now I said to myself that I want to marry, I want to marry but it’s not easy.

“I have dated guys that I have given a lot of money to, not one not two, because they don’t have”, she said. (The Sun)
