Videos and photographs shared online showed Okoye and the Grammy-winning artiste at the Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture show in Paris.
The pair were also seen together at a restaurant in the French capital, prompting social media users to speculate about the nature of their relationship.
However, neither Okoye nor Cardi B has publicly commented on or confirmed the speculation.
